Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMO's); however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept cash, debit, MasterCard and Visa. No Personal Checks. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Payment Options
We are pleased to offer CareCredit for those patients desiring a payment plan option. CareCredit enables patients to get optimal dental work completed, while fitting the payments comfortably into their budget.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hour cancellation policy.
